RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Fine Art Prints (Print-on-demand)
All fine art prints are produced on-demand specifically for you after your order is placed. Therefore, we do not accept returns of prints unless the product is damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective products:
- If your print arrives damaged or with production defects, contact us within 14 days of receipt
- Send photos of the damage/defect to lindgreenatelier@gmail.com
- We will send a replacement print at no additional cost or refund your purchase
Right of withdrawal:
- According to EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods or goods made to customer specifications
